WRS Web Solutions Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from visitors and contributors. This DMCA Policy outlines the procedure for submitting notices of claimed infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar international principles.

Content ownership

All original material on this site is owned or licensed by WRS Web Solutions Inc. unless otherwise stated. We do not knowingly host or publish infringing content. If you believe that material appearing on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal notice as described below.

Submitting a DMCA notice

To file a notice of alleged infringement, please provide the following information in writing:

• A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• The exact URL or sufficient detail to locate the material in question on this website.
• Your full legal name, mailing address, and valid email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Formal DMCA notices should be submitted via our Help Desk. Please indicate clearly that your message is a “DMCA Notice.” Only properly formatted notices will be reviewed.

Response and removal

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, WRS Web Solutions Inc. will review the claim and may remove or disable access to the alleged infringing material. We may notify the content source or hosting provider of the removal request when applicable.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed in error or by mistake, you may submit a written counter-notice including the following:

• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it previously appeared.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to error or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada, for resolution of the dispute.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Valid counter-notices may be sent through the same Help Desk. We will review and respond where appropriate under applicable law.

Repeat infringement

Where applicable, WRS Web Solutions Inc. reserves the right to restrict or remove content or access by users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights, consistent with applicable laws and hosting policies.
