The best way to contact WRS Web Solutions Inc. is by opening a Help Desk Ticket. We are a web based company with no retail locations. Our Head Office is not generally open to the public, except by appointment. We try not to do business by phone. Instead we maintain two online Help Desks, one for High Speed Cable Internet, Home Phones and International calling Cards, and another for Domain Names, Web Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers, SEO, Web Design, and such. For any inquiry which does not fit neatly into either category, either Help Desk may be used. This way there is a clear record and audit trail of all inquires and all replies, including all action taken to resolve any problems.
If the reason you wanted to contact us was because you are curious if our High Speed Internet Services are available in your area or not, then please read on and note that if you live in the Province of Ontario, and in an urban area which is wired for Rogers cable TV, then chances are excellent that we can provide High Speed Internet services to your address. If we are unable to provide we will let you know, and cancel your order, and refund your money. If you have purchased a modem from us, we would be willing to cancel that order of if already shipped, to buy it back. As a rule of thumb, if your house is wired for Rogers cable TV (even if it is not currently active) we can provide service. If you live in the country and your home is not wired for Rogers cable TV likely we are not able to provide service. You are welcome to ask, but the above covers 99% of the situations. We use the Rogers cable (but not FTTP) line to deliver our High speed Internet service (no subscription to Rogers is required), so if you have such a line usually we can provide and if you do not have such a line usually we can't, simple as that. No contracts. :)
